One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ghplay platform. ghplay employs two-factor authentication (2FA), new-device login alerts, and automated session management tools to assist in account security. However, these measures supplement — and do not replace — your personal responsibility to protect your credentials.
All deposits to your ghplay account must be made from payment instruments registered in your verified name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Accepted Philippine Payment Methods: ghplay currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
ghplay does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not within ghplay's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
Deposits made to ghplay are for entertainment gaming purposes only and are not investments. By depositing, you acknowledge the risk of losing deposited funds through the normal course of real-money gaming activity.
ghplay reserves the right to decline any deposit, place a hold on deposited funds pending verification, or return a deposit to the originating payment method where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals from your ghplay account may only be made to payment instruments that are registered in your verified name and that match the payment method used to make deposits into the account, subject to the exceptions below. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of player funds.
Verification Requirements: Before processing any withdrawal, ghplay will confirm that your KYC verification is complete and that the withdrawal destination matches your verified identity. Incomplete KYC will result in withdrawal holds until documentation is provided and approved.
Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Minimum Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
ghplay reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals of significant amounts, as determined by ghplay's internal risk management policies and PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.

General Bonus Conditions:
Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ghplay will void all associated winnings and close the account.
All games available on the ghplay platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In cases of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules contain specific provisions that expressly supersede them.
Random Number Generation: All non-live games on ghplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG compliance is independently audited on a regular basis by an accredited testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term payout of each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, GHPLAY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GHPLAY PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF WINNINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF GHPLAY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ghplay's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 50,000, whichever is lower, except in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ghplay's negligence.
ghplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ghplay makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime.
Termination by Player: You may close your ghplay account at any time by contacting customer support through the live chat on ghplay.co. Prior to closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied, or applicable bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
Suspension or Termination by ghplay: ghplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:
In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, ghplay reserves the right to withhold any or all balance in the account pending investigation. These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of ghplay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ghplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ghplay will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ghplay.co/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the ghplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the ghplay platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.
